Training Continues

Today I finished Day 2 of Week 7 of Couch to 5K. It's exciting to think that after all the breaks in my training, I'm just two weeks away from my goal. Here's this week's workout...
Brisk five-minute warmup walk, then jog 2.5 miles (or 25 minutes). Brisk five-minute warmup walk, then jog 2.5 miles (or 25 minutes). Brisk five-minute warmup walk, then jog 2.5 miles (or 25 minutes).

I've kept it up! :)

I was up to running 35 minutes straight, and then took too much of a break before and through the holidays, and am getting back into it now. Running outside in the cold has brought its own challenges, but things are on the upswing!

I'm quite proud of you!
