Automatic Dishwasher Soap
Today I made my first attempt at homemade cleaning supplies. The first store bought cleaning item we ran out of was dishwasher soap, so I used a combination of recipes from my Naturally Clean Home book (by Karyn Siegal-Maier) to make my own! The ingredients included washing soda, borax and baking soda. It also called for citrus acid powder, but I don't have any (yet) and I read online that lemon kool-aid powder was a substitute (who knew?!), so I threw some of that in instead. We'll see how well it works! :)

let me know!
Yay! I want to know too!
Me too, I have seen that book before. Although I read (somewhere) that regular old baking soda works too. Haven't tried it yet though.
I'm excited to try it. Thanks for making it.
