Just finished Day 2 of Week 8 of
Couch to 5K. By the way, I just realized that my links aren't showing up in a different color like I thought they were, so that is a link, if you're interested in finding out more about the program. This week my body's hurting in ways it hasn't before, which I guess means I'm pushing myself? Don't know, but I'm going to follow a friend's advice and stretch more! Anyway, only 4 runs to go until the finish line. :)
