Last year in Scotland, Rusty and I discovered a cheap and easy way to make delicious (semi) homemade pizza.*Start with Naan bread, which comes in packs of two, so we each get our own little pizza.
*Top with sauce, leaving a half inch or so on each side; we use spaghetti sauce, which lasts awhile.
*Add cheese (tonight I used mozzarella and parmesan) and toppings. The favorites at our house are mushrooms and red bell pepper.
*To make it extra delicious, add some fresh herbs. Tonight I harvested basil and oregano from our first garden and it definitely added some yummy flavor!
*Bake until the Naan is crispy on the edges and the cheese is all melty and bubbly.
Enjoy! :)

Um, YUM!!! I think I see these pizzas in our near future...
Sounds delicious!
I love Naan bread pizza. Now if we could just have Naan bread with some decent Indian food....that would be nice!
