Chickpea Curry


Rusty and I developed a taste for Indian food during our time in Scotland. We really miss the flavors, but I'm definitely not brave enough to venture into that kind of cuisine.

The other day, though, I was cruising for recipes on this blog and I found this recipe for Easy Chickpea Curry. It's no Korma or Paneer, but it has ingredients I can both pronounce and use, so I tried it tonight, and found it both easy and delicious. I will definitely make it again.

It looks beautiful. I have not tried much Indian cuisine. Brent works with some Indian ladies. I should ask them for some really good starter recipes.
