Last night Rusty and I arrived home from spending a few days in Clovis for Christmas. It was our first visit since the move, and although it was hectic cramming everything in, it was so good to see everyone and I thoroughly enjoyed it!
A few Christmas Eve highlights were baking with my mom and delivering "treat plates", Grandma's annual bash where we had Mexican food and played games, and attending a candlelight service at the Nazarene Church with Rusty. On Christmas Day we spent the morning with my side, afternoon with the Mitchells, and evening with the Brians.
As usual we were totally spoiled and came home with a lot of wonderful gifts. A few that I'm particularly excited about...a new bike and some great gardening/natural cleaning books from my parents, several new pairs of shoes from Rusty, and a hand mixer and subscription to Vegetarian magazine from Randy and Barbara (and of course, my treadmill).
