More Adventures

On Tuesday, my Mom, Dad, and Grandma Betty arrived for visit to Scotland before Rusty and I return to the US with them on August 10. My mom came to Scotland with me when we moved over, but it's Dad's first trip and Grandma's first visit EVER out of the US!!! We're very excited to have them and are looking forward to showing off Scotland before we leave.
We've spent the past few days in London and are having a great time. Rusty's parents, Randy and Barbara, brought us to Scotland in April, but we've had the chance to see and do different things, so it's been neat to see more of the city and have a different experience. We visited the Tower of London and Buckingham Palace, saw Les Miserables, did a bit of shopping at Portabello Road Market in Notting Hill and gawked a bit at the incredible Harrod's Department Store.
Today, we're heading North to England's Lake District, where we'll spend the night before heading home to Scotland tomorrow. I've heard wonderful things about the Lake District, so I'm excited to see it for myself.
